Audio-sharing function within screenshare-options broken in Opentalk 25.3.0?

Hi and thanks a lot,

just a suggestion: If technically possible, when the feature will be available again, could it be implemented also for the whole screen-Tab? For visually impaired persons, holding meetings and giving tutorials, it is sometimes necessary to transmit the sound of the screenreader or corresponding audio-applications.
